Abe Minister Says Aide Spent Funds in Bondage Bar, Reports Say

Just two days into the job, Japan’s trade and industry minister told reporters today that an aide spent political funds in a bondage bar, Jiji news said, in the latest scandal to hit Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s cabinet.
